| Details: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide oversight and leadership for all aspects of an organizational-wide (asset management) Property Management Program. Responsible for working closely with accounting to reconcile corporate property records. Responsible for compiling reports, composing correspondence, and answering inquiries based on property records maintained. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding metrics established in the ORAU/ORISE Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for Property and Vehicle Management and reporting the results both internally and externally. Develop and implement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and DOE directives. Provide guidance to all levels of employees to ensure compliance with all DOE (DOEPMR) and Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR). Responsible for ensuring all property excess by transfer or disposal meets all regulatory requirements. Coordinate the sale and disposition of all surplus and excess property. Provide accounting allocations when applicable. Provides assistance to RPR fleet coordinator for scheduling and compose the documentation for vehicle maintenance services for government and corporate vehicles. Periodically conduct overall view of accuracy with associated with services and products and approves PO related invoices. Project and plan for future property and vehicle needs. Submit projections to RPR management and DOE. Serve as project manager for all internal moves. This includes coordinating, supervising, and oversee performance of carriers to deliver a high-quality service and comply with ISM standards. Represent organization both internally and externally on specific projects. Procure services from carries for external off-site moves (Colorado, Washington) and provide direction to ensure performance of carriers comply with ISM standards. Assists other internal groups in identifying export controlled property and complying and implementing export policies and procedures.
